Poetry workshop T2

WALT:When I write a poem I will notice and identify the tense in a sentence.  I will replace the words to change the tense of the sentence in the poem.

First we had to choose a writing workshop.I chose the poetry workshop with Mr.Wallace because I enjoy writing poems because they are creative.

In poetry workshop we had to make a poem about autumn.

We felt and looked at some autumn related things.We had to brainstorm some related words and go through our poems and edit them.Then we went back outside to take pictures of some autumn related stuff like trees and flowers.

Next we had to sketch the pictures and write the poem on an A3 piece of paper and make a border.Here is a photo of mine.
